He is an expert in architecting and directing sales organizations with an outcome-based and programmatic approach that drives bottom line results.

He has a proven track record of helping small and medium sized companies to execute on lucrative exit strategies, as he has done successfully at three different companies over the past 9 years:

Drivewyze Acquired By Fleetworthy (Private Equity)

Drivewyze operates the largest connected truck safety network in North America, including our PreClear weigh station bypass service and our Safety+ driver safety services. As the leader of Drivewyze sales, Jim helped position the company for their acquisition by Fleetworthy in August 2024.

Sierra Wireless Acquired by Semtech for $1.2B

Jim spent three and a half years with Sierra Wireless leading North American sales and building a services sales organization that directly impacted the company’s acquisition by Semtech.

Jasper Acquired by Cisco for $1.4B

Jim was with Jasper and Cisco Jasper for three and a half years, where he led the global enterprise demand strategy, a key factor in the company’s acquisition by Cisco.
